Shop Policy

If you are local to the Madison area and would like to arrange to pick up your items instead of having them shipped, please contact me.

I ship USPS PRIORITY or UPS Ground to all US locations which includes an emailed shipping confirmation. I am not responsible for lost or stolen boxes.

International packages are sent USPS International and packages are not marked as "gifts", so you are responsible for paying any customs fees. Please keep in mind I cannot be responsible for lost packages, since once the package leaves the US, there is no way to track it. Please keep this in mind when shipping overseas!

If you need something faster, please just email me before you pay and I'm happy to accommodate your needs!

PLEASE make sure your shipping address in your order is CORRECT. If I receive a package returned to me labeled "Return to Sender", I am not responsible for paying for another attempt, and will need to collect shipping expenses from you for a second attempt. If a package is returned to me, the order will not be canceled.
